Hm... I see this is your first post. Well, just in case you hadn't noticed yet, this forum IS about art, so there should be no problems starting a discussion on that one. But I assume you mean 'conventional' art, right? Well, in my opnion, it doesn't make a difference what tools you use (whether you use a brush, or Photoshop 5.5), it's still art.

If I had to define art, I'd put it like this:
Art is a way of expressing your imagination, creativity and feelings in such a way, that everyone can understand it.

Not only does this apply to drawing and painting, but to dancing, acting and writing as well... erm... am I full of crap, or what?!
