What's up everyone. I got my new site up and I would like some feedback. I would really like some advice on how to spice up the navigation system. I am also debating whether or not the site should open in a popup window. If somebody is using Macintosh, I would also be curious to how it works on Mac.Any comments or suggestions would be really great. The URL is below. Thanks for checking it out!

Nice site....

I really like how you javascripted the scrollbar on the right; I feel it adds a great deal to the overall look of the site (keeping the theme nice and green). I also liked how you created a preloading page with javascript. Not many sites exploit this great feature of many browsers, but I like how you did. The only thing that I would change in your site is the flash menu at the bottom. It is sort of bland, and could have probably been easier just using some simple javascript.

My suggestion for the navigation menu: If you're going to use flash, you should exploit its features much more (there should be a reason to use flash, and not just to say "i used flash").

You could create a wire uplink system, that moves to a different port each time you move your mouse over the different boxes/ports. This could be achieved by just using a simple vector image and tweening it at different events. Not very hard to do. I think that would add greatly to the site.

Sorry for being critical on some things . I also noticed I have the EXACT same comp as you....heh

Oh well...nice site, and keep working on it.

Thanks for the comments! I am considering losing the flash menu, because I agree I dont really need it. I'll definitely make some improvements. Oh, and we do have some cool computers, don't we?

Neat site ... It has a good look to it, however, you might want to change the font on the site, it seems to clash a bit .. a bit dull with the high-tech green design ... (in my opinion) ...

But yeah good start to it.

I like the overall design on the site, I think it's very cohesive and it works well. Maybe it's just because I have cable (nah, na, nah, na) but I like the use of Flash, and I think the way you have used it, although simple, quite effective.
a few things i would change:
-can the pop-ups. I prefer sites that just stay in one window. Perhaps just have the your gfx pop up in seperate windows?
-get some more content up, i want to see more
-perhaps your biggest and most costly mistake, wheres the link to www.3dpalette.com hmmm?
