2 years in the making...lol...nyway its finally finished...actually only a few hours in the making....but it was started in 98 and finished in 00...this is just a pic my friend drew and i watercoloured..then twas scanned and edited by meeee!!!...critisizm would be appreciated...

That's pretty darn kewl! Maybe Ryu could come a little bit "forward" out of the cloud, but yeah, very grouse! @:-)

Hey nice pic, but it could be much better. Here's a few tips if ya want help.
Make the guy much more brighter with colors that stand out, instead of the dull colors you have now. Leave some of the areas dull. Include colors like "bright" yellow and blue with white accents. You could even use reds to make things pop out. Also make the lightning and yellow rays brighter - then go around and add strong but subtle light reflections (small areas but really pop out). The grass is good, and I'd darken up some areas of the clouds and grass too.
Just ignore everything if you wanna, but you have a very good thing going here  |

tone down the layer with the cloud thingymajigalicous on it... take the opacity down alot more or you could use your dropped tablet and crop a section select layer via cut then tone the opacity down on just a specific section.
also the foot looks jocked |
