I was going through the logs to my website and apparently someone in Finland took a picture from my website and has been displaying it on his/hers without my permission. Unfortunately I can't locate the site, all I can do is locate the server because the file is being pulled by a caching computer...

Kolumbus.fi is the ISP and the host for the website.

If by chance you see an image on a page there that looks like this (I changed the image to a wanted poster to see how long it takes for the visitors of the site to notify me):
