hell.. o!
Its late now but i decided i'd finish the pic of HALO machinegunner before going to school. It came out pretty well though you noticed all my latest stuff was some weird abstractions and this one is more like IT :O
Thanx to people who answered me in "When coloring, egdes get screwed" thread, it helped me drawing. And hey i think i did a surprisingly cool job on bachground! Used some techniques i learned from airbrushing (on clouds) and i knew some poeple would say.. but i'll have to inform you that YES i did draw that pic from very first official image of Bungiesoft's game HALO.
ahh crup i wanna sl33p now, Just let it flow now..... ZZZZzzzzzz

hey thanx! It took me about a week, but you know.. one day i was playing games all day another drew like.. arms or something ehhehe damn games!
Oh i noticed that fugly white thin line i get on the horizon. Sorry i used that dam dam paint bucket again ;p and magic wand 
but i finished his breastplate, helmet and background yesterday at like 1 AM and now its 7:17 and i gotta go to school  later

Well, I know that you and I have had our differences Shizo, but this pic is really well done. I love the "clean" shading style. It's quite stunning, actually.

I like it! I like it alot, very clean,
but maybe horizon, should be blurred a bit? it looks a bit sharp (if that is the horizon, and not the edge of a hill/mountain) |

Guybrush: well as i mentioned i did this off the first picture ever to be publicised from Bungiesoft's game HALO. I was so amazed by what the game will be like that i wanted to draw something.. and i hope its not a rip off completely because i drew it not the same as the screen shot. I traced the main character model on new layer, colored and stuff and then drew nice BG
Mongoose: yes thank you, and its christmas so..
Binke: thanx for suggestion, i just didnt know how to draw real mountains so i just drew "something" hehe next time i'll blur it. You may also notice that light line on the horizon at the right that i dont really like and that came from using magic wand (forgot to smudge it!)
eek too much typing.. but i also wanna finish a pic i started of Private Jackson (religious sniper) from Saving Private Ryan because i thought he was really amazing person, others were too though.

ok i found the material i used to make that pic, i sure hope i drew it somewhat differently (you liek the caramel glass on his helmet? hehe)

yeah, private jackson was my favorite, especially the scene when he shoots the guy in the bell tower..right in the eye...sweetness
i got that movie on dvd and it is one of my favorites..
i would defenitly like to see that pic when you are done shizo...and that is a very good HALO pic as well. |

Yes, it was certainly well done, that the german sniper looks around the area and then he sees a flash and then in a second the bullet hits him. The whole movie reminded me of stories that my grandma's sister told me that she was in same battalion that invaded Reichstag at the en dof war and she saw how russian flag was put on the roof of reichstag.. strong stuff if you ask me. Also funny stuff she saw how when she first heard that the war started at 1941 she peed on herself ;p much emotions involved with WW2
