Nice pic, but it really doesn't remind me of Raziel. And bEam is right, that it wouldn't be that hard to color, but it is a nice drawing, to bad it isn't much like Raziel... |

Okay people.....
After seeing billions of Legacy of Kain fan art being drawn I have finally found the picture I wanted you all to see if you hadn't...
It is about 100K so I am not going to post it on here....
http://imdaking.8m.com/psm19.jpg
Info on the piece is that it was drawn by Joe Maduraiea for PSM ... duh... Oh well, have fun!!
ps. I'd give my right hand to have the talen he does!! ^_^ and I can do that cause I'm left handed! |

Whoo...that was nice pic!!
But my opinion is, that only thing you need, is to have a talent to DRAW (with pencil etc.) that kind of pics...the colorizing that won't be that hard after making good sketch.
Well this is only my opinion.
And that's why I think that imdaking's reaction was a bit...u know...
coz I'm sure he could make such pic too if he just practise much.
And I think I'm a bit suspicious of impressions like "I'd give my right hand to have the talen he does!!" etc.
I think the things is not to handle only ONE style of art...but to hande many kinds of arts, painting, digital, pencil etc.
So don't phraise only one style of art (like Dhabih, or Vallejo or some other) coz it just sounds stupid. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Yes, the artist draws comic books.
Joe Maduraiea is the artist of a book called Battle Chasers. It's by far the best comic in production at the moment (in my opinion), but he's always late with it I guess that's the price you pay for quality, eh?
Take it easy.

Battle Chasers has pretty art, but I'm sorry, the writing is just awful. Really really bad.
Now, if you want a quality story, check out Preacher.

That picture is great!
I'm just wondering if the dude who has drawn it is a comic-book artist.. the style is similar to most of the American comic characters.

That's true.. the story is a little .. ermm.. elementary, but I only buy it for the art. In fact, I only buy all my comics for the art. If I wanted a good story I'd read a novel (specifically Ayn Rand, Charles Dickens, or Truman Capote)

<shameless advertising>
Even so, you really oughta check out Preacher. Everyone I've lent my books to has loved it, and these are mostly people who don't even read comics.
