Hi everyone!
This is my first post.
Just finished drawing over the MP photo.
I use Wacom tablet only a week, so can anyone help me with technics or just show me some good links to sites with drawing tips, please?

Of course the resemblance is going to be striking when the image is traced.
Airsnake, tracing is good when you're learning, but I wouldn't bother displaying it.

Yeah, the nose is kind of... odd. Other than that it's spiffy.

The portrait is pretty good! The mouth is really good and the eyes are nice too.
Detailed hair adds a LOT to a picture. If you need some tips on how to do this I do have some tutorials on my web page or I can type up some directions for you.
Also I find if I'm drawing from a photo it's easier to get the picture right in black and white and then add the color. It allows you to get all the contrasts right first.

Anyway these are just some ideas. As I said it's a good picture! One of these days I'll get around to posting my artwork for everyone to give input on. It's nice to see I'm not the only person who like to draw clebs!
