A new site design, made for splitting up into tables, so I don't have to use DHTML or frames. (Meaning I don't have to fool around with cross-browser compatible code, and it should work with older browsers, too.)
It'll be sized downwards a little, so it'll work in 800x600.

hey, this looks pretty cool ... can you tell me how you did that "plastic effect" with the green menu at the left?

The plastic effect is probably the simplest bit here. (Not that anything was that complex)
I drew a green rectangle into a layer set to 'screen', and added the shading and highlights. That was a bit bland, though, so I put a copy of that layer on top, and set it to 'overlay'.
