I stumbled across Dhabih's site about a month ago and would've chimed into the forum earlier but I figured I should have something to offer as sort of an initiation. So I decided to finish what I started first. I worked on this off and on for a few weeks and I think it's almost done:

A couple of obvious influences I don't think I need to point out. Any feedback is great. I've also been lovin the links everyone posts to other great art sites as well as there own. If interested you can check out my old site from my college days ('bout 3 years ago)

The infoG part is basically what I get paid to do now.

That's phat, dude! Personally, I would have chosen darker colors and less glowing, but that's just me. Great job!
Keep it up!

i agree with ole shrimpy, that force field thing in the back hurts my delicate eyes,. i'd darken the background, in order to brin the dogs a little closer,. because my eyes draw me away from the dogs and towards the light,..

i can't help it, it's soo beautiful,. ZAP! ahhhhhhhh -bug's life

Thats very good man, the dogs and the enviroment is pretty well done. Reminds me of an 'old' game called Beneath a Steel Sky, heh. However that blueish thingie in the background (force field?) definitively should be darker, but overall is very good.

Thanks for the comments. I agree the glow is a little too "glowy". I had planned on making the wall a little more transparent which would take care of that. The whole thing gets darker when I print it which I like better.

Hey kaOz and tanis, what's this "Under a Steel Sky" game? I hope I didn't subliminally copy something cuz I don't think I've ever heard of it.

tanis, that wouldn't be "Tanis Half-Elvin" would it?

eclipse:

It's a real old game.. an adventure thingy. It was in a distant future and buildings and te like looked exactly as yours

tanis isn't the half-elven one.. I read that saga, but the nick is just from the anagram of my surname..
