That's what Dhabih uses so I guess it's pretty good Don't know about the price though since I live in sweden... I got an Intuos 6x8 myself and that one surely rocks.

I'm using one right now. I got it from my mom's work, who let's me borrow it It's a very good tablet. It only has 256 levels of pressure levels - other than that, I like it a lot.

Yeah thats a good pad. I'm not sure about the price. I got mine for twice that, but its about 3 years old now, so if you think half price for a 3 year old product is good, then go for it.

and as far as only 256 pressure levels, you wont notice the difference until you get a better one, so dont worry about it (at least i didnt)

What about the graphire???
Can you recommend that one?
Its size is only 4x5, but i hope this is big enough to do a good work. Besides, it's the cheapest one.

Blech, my artpad still works after more than one year (mebbe two years, don't remember when I got it...).

It's a Wacom UltraPad with an UltraPen Eraser. Hitech .. (nearly).

Cheers!

Well, if you are gonna make graphics fast those are good. But for real quality, you gotta take your time and pixel the gfx and use the mouse...too much blurry, non detailed pics floating around

I don't see how using the mouse would up the quality of anyone's work, if a tablet can be used. It's just a question of detailing, and that can be done VERY well with a tablet.

Affected. ofcoz it can be done good by a tablet, but not as good, believe me...
And most of those pics posted here (all?) are not pixelled.

Humm... Wain.. you're being an ass on irc and now you're being an ass here.. why not let these people do their stuff and progress over time? They'll get better and an artpad is a lot more confortable then using a mouse.
