2. Fight Club
3. Usual Suspects
4. Braveheart

Too hard to do, I'm afraid. There'd be like fifteen joint-firsts, probably around 20 joint-seconds, and by the time I had to post the joint-thirds, I'd crash Dhabih's forum server
Anyway, if I was to do a posting like this, they'd all be obscure art house movies, cos I'm pretentious like that

PS Sorry - I sound like an asshole. I don't mean to sound like an asshole, but I am, so that's the way it kinda comes out

Not really in this order. That would be impossible.
1. Miller's Crossing
2. The Usual Suspects
3. Army of Darkness
4. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
5. Sanjuro
Also very close on the list are these.
Seven Samurai
Ran
North by Northwest
Rear Window
Zero Effect
Shawshank Redemption
Hudsucker Proxy
Blood Simple
Mad Max (the first one is the only good one)
All the Indiana Jones movies
Brazil
Big Trouble in Little China
Dr. Strangelove
and many many more...
By the way did I mention my copy of Army of Darkness is signed by BRUCE CAMPBELL !!!!
Thought I'd rub it in. |

Hookup, lotor! I have the regular DVD and the Collectors Edition DVD of AoD, but i'd trade both for a Bruce Campbell autograph.
Yo, I mentioned "Army of Darkness fan" to the guy on this forum BoomStick, but he had no idea what I was talking about. wtf

No doubt, I think they should make a sequel, with updated games on that movie (The Wizard)...
and maybe another preview of a new game, maybe TF2? God can't wait for that game, hurry up valve and dhabih! heh

Army of Darkness
Tombstone
Shawshank Redemption
Tommy Boy
The Goonies
The Changeling
(Not in any particular order)
Oh and making "The Wizard" into a sequel wouldn't work. Fred Savage is like 40 now...his beer gut would impede his playing and he'd NEVER make it to a tourney. |

All the ones you guys list are recent. Haven't you ever seen the classics, like "Citizen Cane" or "Casablanca"? |

Can't answer this question. Like having to choose between the life of two loved ones.
Alias: I'll see your Casablanca and Citizen Cane and raise you a Nosferatu.

Ahhhh yes... As I do like the choices you guys are making, I'm surprised I didn't see Aliens on everyone's list. It's only the greatest sci-fi movie ever... Ridley Scott kicks ass.
1. Aliens
2. Matrix
3. Fight Club
4. Spaceballs (hey... gotta throw in a comedy)
5. Blade Runner

Heh, Aliens was directed by James Cameron.
Alien was directed by Ridlet Scott.
Notice the plural.
Nitpicking, I know, but movies are my obsession. And I happen to love the Alien-trilogy (yes, trilogy, I didn't like Alien:Resurrection all that much).

um, sequels don't have to have original characters in them.
Oh and I just saw "The Klumps" and that movie is definetly on my next list..LOL..halarious..."The Hamsters Bitch" LMAO.
Oh, and just to mention, I was roaming around and T3 comes out in 2002 Arnold is still in it...wonder what the plot will originate from, all I can think of is the crushed arm that fell off in the gear in T2, but that had no chip..hmm...it will be interesting. |

1.Ghostbusters
2.Singing in the Rain
3.Godzilla (the original B&W Toho one)
4.Casablanca tied with Citizen Kane (there ya go Alias)
5.Spaceballs (by the way the DVD has a great Mystery Science theater type audio track. Mel Brooks Basically just laughs at a lot of his own jokes throughout the movie. ha ha.)
honorable mention to the Army of Darkness series, Hard Boiled, Aliens & Ressurection, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, City of the Lost Children and Akira.
Script that should have been Made, Aliens 3 by William Gibson (it's like one of the best things I've ever read.)
By the way above. Remind me to come watch movies with you. Those are some CLASSIC picks, you forgot Mario Brothers the movie and Masters of the universe though.

Event Horizon
Fight Club
Spaceballs
Blazing Saddles
Robin Hood : Men in tights

( can you tell yet i like mel brooks movies? )
Enter the Dragon
Airplane
Blade
X-Men
Gladiator
Braveheart
the list goes on... can't remember any more for now..

Hey, how about this. It might actually be more telling, and it's certainly easier
What are the last ten films (including videos) you saw?
Myself, that would be:
(1) - Fight Club
(2) - The Perfect Storm
(3) - MI2
(4) - Gladiator
(5) - Chicken Run
(6) - High Fidelity
(7) - Alien
(8) - The Great Escape
(9) - Final Destination
(10) - pi
(11) - This is Spinal Tap (spot the obvious gag )
