Hi there,
I am very happy to see this place still alive.
Everytime I come here I feel at home. Thanks everyone! : )
So I have some new stuff to show and as it always was Sijun is the first place for me to do that. As you will see my Concept Arts days are kind of fading away. I am more of a 3D Illustration guy now. With pure painting I couldn't really get enough jobs as a freelancer (at least not here in Austria) so I pushed myself towards 3D and new creative fields. I am pretty glad about that tho because I can now live my comfy-work-from-home live and truly enjoy learning new skills everyday. I finally found my perfect workflow...for now
I'll just post of few of the new images here. Its a mix of Architectural Visualization, 3D Design, Graphic Design and Branding, Technical Illustrations and Product/Automobile Visualizations.
For the rest just visit my website: www.maxkulich.com
Thanks for your time everyone and rock on
Cheers! |

Great environment work on that Asian scene!
You've definitely got a skill for lighting and set dressing. _________________ brian.prince|light.comp.paint |

Hey Sumaleth, thanks a lot. I am glad you like them! Yeah I actually want to create more of those industrial/tech cutaways. Really fun to work on those.
Thank you balistic. This was actually my first real 3D Illustration. And also the first time I used Proxies for the trees. Before that I was going nuts with 1fps viewport navigation
I haven't quite found the right target clients for that type of stuff yet tho - maybe something comes along. |

Pro quality work here, nice stuff.
Love the cutaways.
I've never figured out how to find render work.
What tools do you use. |

Thanks Tzan! I am mostly using 3dsMax these days. And Photoshop for all the post work. Furthermore a lot of plugins to generate certain things like grass and vegetation.
A lot of technical know how is needed but many other things fall away compared to painting like perspective for example - which I was never strong with, hehe |
