I normally don't play games on the computer (being in front of one all day makes me want to keep away on my free time), but I was playing Diablo 2 at a friends house the other day and got totaly hooked. I think I ended up playing for at least 6 hours. Anyway, I thought that the game was pretty fun as soon as I got the hang of it and I was wondering if any of you guys have played and what you might think of the game. If I can help it then I'll try and stay away from it this weekend but will power has never been my strongest attribute.

Well I love Diablo 2.

Really blow-you-away-graphics and gameplay is fun too.

Killed diablo 2 days ago with my lvl 27 Paladin

dying on Hell difficulty level like there's no tomorrow.

I dont like those kinda games, they are fun in the beggining but there is always a point when you can get all the cash you want and practically nothing can kill you (especially if yer a level 20 sorcerer in diablo 1... if you got plenty of mana and got manashield spell, yer invincible... I slaughtered diablo with my eyes closed) hehe but i might get diablo 2 just for the heck of it, games like counterstrike are the way to go! (I recommend EQ if you got tons of spare time and love RPGs or diablo-type games)

mygod.....i got no idea how blizzard got away with makin that game at 640x480 res!!??...or 800x600...whichever one...with the 3d technology n stuffa round these days they get away with makin this game in the loswest res possible...but still get pretty pics...goes to show that grafix/res aint everything =).....i got hooked half way through my exams!!....not good!!...hehe...but my level 30 necromancer still sux..and i still play...

n8: Well, what Blizzard say is that, by the time they were coming to put Diablo 2 together, the tons of artwork had already been done to 640x480. They didn't predict that monitor resolutions would be so high by the time the finished it.
