I hope you won't mind more of my harsh criticism! Actually I like this one quite a bit, the colors, pose, especially the hair draws my eye for some reason.

However I do think that the composition would've been improved if you had more space on top over her head and also I have to admit I think her face could be improved quite a bit. Nose seems a bit too short. Not sure if that would make it more pleasant right away or a few minor adjustments on the other parts would also help.
