thanks fellas! trying to loosen up, or get things to read suggestively before trying to make it all finished like. I think its about keeping the sense of further possibilities open for as long as one can in the painting process. I've been thinking about how can you change something into a very different thing without covering up alot of the original info, how can you use the old stuff for a good cause???

Matthew- haa i feel the same way. I'll look at the gallery of my work and I see drawings that face right and drawings that face left, and repetitions of subject, then I tear my hair out lol. I like what you did with the lighting in that latest one btw Cool

Was inspired by the snow levels of DK country, I got the new one and I love playing it but I really miss the style and the backgrounds of the old ones-

Quintus Dias> Thanks for the comment on the previous piece man. Agree with what you are suggetsing. Haven't been touching 3D for a long time and I'm super rusty. T^T I need to try it out more. By the way, love the works that u have u posted. Nice!
Munin> Thanks man. Smile
bigapple> Cool works. Love the boat piece from the previous page alot.
Nide> Love the faces that you are painting. Very interesting.
Lemur> Seeing your work remind me to be loose and to play more with edges. Nice. T^T
And to rest of the guys> Great work as usual. Smile

^Thanks guys. Very Happy

bigapple, wow that's awesome. Smile

Lemur, yea lol; thank god I threw away my old stuff cause that way I can't be reminded of that repetition.
But yea it is true, it is like the brain likes it in a certan way and then creates it that way in the piece. Funny how that works actually.

Tomasis, thank you. Thats a real nice car there btw, cars are very good practise also when it comes to perspective, always difficult to imagine the interior and that especially in speedies. Very Happy

I have started the habit of trying to do one speedy every day, whether it be 30 minutes- 1hour. I hope you guys are ok with this?
let me know if it gets disturbing with me posting these; one a day speedies.
