awesome Mitsui!

Something about the forward weird horror lighting looks cheezy on the skull face, need to do alot more thumbnails cause knowing the simple layout is where its at. Been thinking about importance lately, I think if you know whats important in your image then its so much easier to concentrate and get it out there, maybe thats what simplification is, getting whats important about the picture there and subduing the rest.-

dang j�ger, mythic!

some portrait of a pirate turned into some sort of elf then he kindof looks like frank zappa... I'm realizing that its very important that instead of thinking in form and shapes to think of planes and movement, cause the planes make up the forms and catch the light based on their angles, deciding value, then movement is so important cause everything somehow relates to everything else in the picture.

I was having major trouble understanding the concept of contrast, where differences can be played up to create interest, but by relating movements you can start a movement through the planes and have it transformed to something contrasting as it moves along! the relation links the contrast!
