Could they have made it any more boring?

Wasn't great was it. But a new trailer with footage from the movie will be coming out sometime in the next 2 months.

That's the point of teaser trailers. They are just there to make you anticipate the upcoming movie and know that it's coming out. They usually don't have enough of the movie done to actually show any of it on teaser. Or, they just want to tease you. ^^
It's coming out next year I think, so they are probably done shooting the film, but just adding all of the sound and visual effects.

i saw it a few weeks ago. i remember the liquid effects not really looking that great :\, but maybe that was done quickly for the teaser.

that was one of the few movies that had a better sequel then first episode.

Although I'm not going to get my hopes up.. either way, robots and explosions complement each other nicely.

it would only be good if it was directed by john woo and had golden akimbo berettas and have nicholas cage somewhere as a background actor.

Don't get your hopes up! Ever since Terminator 2 the movie theme has been exploited, ran over forth and sideways. So i doubt they'll have anything new and fresh in there (however at the time of T1 and T2 it was pretty new idea and very successful).
I've seen some kind of trailer where they're in the future and some flying thing was chasing them..

Friends of mine made that trailer - I thought it was boring too (not their fault though).

Terminator 3 will be the tombstone on Arnold's career as an actor. I just KNOW that T3 will blow wet, jagged chunks.
For several reasonsL:

* Cameron has nothing to do with it.

* Arnold is getting old

* Hamilton is not in it (is Furlong?)

* the main enemy is a female terminator (!) wooohooo - what a great fucking idea ...

God I'm scared of this piece of shit ...

yeah i've seen the same thing some flying small robot and arnold was with some kid (?) and this was like two years ago. I haven't seen the new trailer. I hope it wont be a tomb stone on career of one of the greates actors of all time

I think T3 has the potetial to be really good despite no jim cameron. Johnathon mostow is a pretty good director. And after the duds he's made since true lies, Arnies luck has to change sometime, hasn't it?

. Ah well as long as king conan gets made soon Arnold will make one more good movie at least
