Forget those guys--make you own! There are lots of online vendors that will print emulsify full color, RGB designs directly to 100% cotten tees. I did a lot of experimentation with cafepress.com and tee-shirt city, but I ended up going to hometownthreads.com--much cheaper than the latter; setup is usually a simple 150 dpi plus .PNG file (rastar or eps versions of files typically) --full color with or without transparency. HTT will do short runs or long runs and ship almost anywhere. I've done lots of stuff over the last 20 years and always loathed prepress setups--no more plates and seps!
