If Perlman can get the market dominance of this idea for say ten years then Bill Gates should definetly start sweating over his nr 1 place on the "richest dudes" list.

That is crazy, what he presented was just WOW, and he's presentation was outstanding.....my new idol!

I can't fucking wait. This is going to change everything.

I wonder how the hardware console manufacturers are going to deal with this. It's widely known that console makers lose money on the hardware and make money off the software, so maybe this will simply change their business model?

If this thing takes off, they'll be rolling in so much dough it's not even funny. Games will only be part of it. What about digital artists and musicians that can't afford very highend hardware rigs? They'll be able to access top of the line computing power for their 3D animation and music compositions in near realtime. That would be just amazing.
