paoo- i like where you're going with that second one, maybe a wider range of value would help (more darks)
lemur- haha yeah he is. he's pissed his ride just crashed. i like your sketch of the plane. more value range for the painting! throw some white highlights on that mofo

Great work all of you! It's been awhile since I last visited this thread- no idea why.
Anyhow I always feel so humbled and a total noob when I browse this thread. I recon that can only be a good thing. Here's a rather large update of my paintings done recently.

Jokinen - lovely stuff, i especially like that demolished city street.
samsonsreaper - great texture work. wow.
med - man, that one's a keeper. really like your colour usage, and you really know how to paint nice girls!
free.ZE - thanks for the kind words. good to know that i am at least doing something right. That's a nice portrait, though I prefer the first one better - the hair frames her face nicely...the heavy shadow in the second one kinda takes that away.
Caccaduu - cool helmet design!
