Just realized that simple change of brush can make big differences.........wanna to know how to create this perticular type of brush stroke (a solid tip and a very long gradually transperant tail)....Can anyone tell me please?

in PS, in the brush window (f5) click on brush tip shape and move the spacing all the way to the left. |

It can make you brush a little bit slow if youre painting with a large brush, 4% should be enough to get a smooth gradient if you start to experience lag. |

. . . also depending on brush type and image resolution. Spacing set to 1 at 6k+ 16bit is slooow. _________________ http://www.somniostudios.com |

Yeah, especially if you have brushes with a lot of weird edges and tiny details. Once I figure out what spacing works best for the brush, I like to make a new preset of it and delete the old brush, that way I won't have to constantly change the spacing. _________________ DeviantART

If you want the brush to fade off after the same distance with every stroke, set the Opacity control under 'Other Dynamics' to fade and pick a pixel count for the length of the stroke. Just play and see what they all do. When in doubt, experiment. _________________ http://sketchling.cghub.com |
