Lakka- keep working on the issues with light and keep improving, good to see you posting again
zhuzhu- that sketch of the 4 girls needs to be a poster! I love their personality and high fashion swag[ger] 
Did this one for the Corel Painter Mag challenge (I've seen a few images from sijun pop up in that magazine by the way)
So this isn't speedy but I want to contribute to the thread. grateful for any crits.

Nice speedie face, i like it. He seems like a frenzy guy.
though his skintone is a bit dull... i suggest to shade it maybe with some other color than only pure black. And don't leave out the background as for good composition its always needed.
i did an overpaint and had a bit fun ... hope you don't mind.
