Great work mate! Lighting and values are top notch. Loving the helmet design! The shoulder armour elements don't look so compfty ; )

I think the character pops out too much. Because of the super sharp edges and dark vs light values. You need some more depth maybe. Depands on what you try to achieve.

Anyway. Really really good work so far!!! Keep it up!

Looks great SR, I really love the finished matte paintings on your site, so I'm anxious to see where this will go? I'm think the weapon is going in a better direction now, though I don't quite understand it in its present incarnation. Awesome work on the clouds too, incidentally.

The angle of his right wrist (our left) looks a bit severe.

And the holster makes his legs a bit confusing.

I like the progress you're making though.

Nice, you fixed the helmet and right arm, which were the main problematic things with this. Though there's still the weapon holster as Sumaleth said. Though it might just be the fact that it doesnt point the way the leg does.

[edit] the shadow that drops on the left arm from the weapon is pretty dark, maby put a little bit of shape in it?

Lovely progress Razz

looks really cool samson,

one thing i'm slightly bothered about is the helmet and shoulder pads..

ithe helmet seems out of place on his head, as if it were in the wrong perspective and light situation. it seems to me that the front of the helmet should be catching most of the light (just like the face does)

the shoulder pads looks a bit clumpsy, but that's just personal taste i suppose Smile

nice work!
