new page! Smile (edit: whoops, syarul was quicker!)

EAD: yeah, i agree to some extend! They aren't that carefully placed, right!
With organic shapes, it's always difficult to keep a consistent perspective. Those rocks could actually point anywhere because why would rocks always line up with one vanishing point, but still, they look a little awkward, yeah Razz
Thx for crit! And nice work again!
Thanks, eren, syarul!
Djahal, AX-HV, annis, syarul: great stuff!

Hi, everybody!
thanks for the inspiration, this thread is really great.

Heres a robot. I think im getting better with the texture and brush work, but compositon and clarity, I suck at that.

Nice work guys, I've been a bit art disgruntled lately, so output's seriously reduced.

Definitely a madcat disco, I've been a closet giant robot fan since the age of four, so it had to come out sometime.

Ax I'm likening the stalker/halflife vibe coming from those.

Qucik brush test, wanted to do a cityscape without a photo underlay or 3d, though close ref was used in getting the look to satisfaction, of course. And then there's the wonky perspective...

Possibly influenced by the Day After tomorrow poster on my wall ...
