thanks, once I had painted the overall form I just put some random rock texture on soft light. Then erased some out and painted on top a bit, works pretty well. |

I'm loving everyone's environments... I really need to practice those instead of people (so I did... and it was terrible so I'm not going to plague your eyes. Ranath, I especially loved yours; and I'll give that technique a shot. That and I'll do some more from reference. Like Mitsui said you need to be used to painting moods and scenes before you can make an evocative one from your imagination.)
