2-3 hours. Is this one work finishing 'all the way'? it feels pretty close to me... but not totally there.

Honestly, everyone is looking a lot better these days. Good to see that sticking with it is paying off. I remember last year how things looked, and peoples' work has come a really long way.





Believe it or not, I actually laid down perspective lines in this one. Doesn't help much if you leave the layer turned off 90 % of the time.

Vyle, really impressive...I always wonder when I see studies of subject matter like that; did you intend to capture what you saw exactly or the principle of the thing?

Ie: did the rocks look just like that, or did you make compositional allowances to help the painting?



Figured I should work on my wip today rather than cranking out something new.
