You have troubles with form, value. Change it to black and white and you'll realize the problems you have with values. Try to use the strongest light source to communicate form, I also think its cropped very weird. You don't give us much of a clue on the perspective.. Just show a bit of the top/roof ? And make sure theres a real VP.
Its very hard to figure out whats going on where the figures are.. So try to work more on readability..
