I like it, especially the painterly style and low saturated palette. The knights' poses bug me tho, it looks stiff and posed. Maybe there are some perspective issues as well. The dragon's horns could have a little more contrast (= shadows). Nice job! _________________ CA SB|Flickr |

Really nice work I particulary like some of the details in the texture of the dragon. The only thing that bothers me are the wings, they look far to small and missplaced to actually work xD But thats more of a dragon anatomy thing. |

The environment and the background figures are drawn with great confidence and boldness. But your strokes and gestures when drawing the foreground figure show a lot of tension and uncertainty. I would suggest going to lots of figure drawing studios and drawing from the live model a frequently. That way, as you become more knowledgeable about the human figure, it won't intimidate you any more. I know that process took me years, with limited success. |
