it's not bad, but you need to focus on value, not color.

make studies in black and white of simple things! apples, teacups!

Not bad Piratepete. I have to agree with notic though, Focus more in black and white and some basic fundamentals. I have to do the same thing too man. I received the same crit. Maybe you and I can start a forum and post up some B/W still lifes. I am totaly down for that.
