like the subject says, I've been lurking about for awhile, love the art I've seen here, and am finally deciding to post something. I would love critiques, as my biggest goal right now is to improve. Don't be shy, you won't hurt my feelings!

I love the idea in the composition. I might spend more time on the water next time, it might just be me, but I'm not getting the feeling of wetness from the water, and I wonder if the light wouldn't reflect more "sharply" off of the water.
But it's still probably better than what I could do, nice work. |
