hey - no I wasn't being sarcastic.
I've been working for years to overcome my inner shithead ... but it's a sloow process as you can see.
I'm not too hard on myself, since I went too far. I love being sarcastic and stir things up, but don't seem to have good judgement in many cases.
Getting respect as an artist is one side, getting respect as a person is another, and obviously I'm way behind on my personal side. But I'm trying and I'll be holding back with stupid comments here in the future. I should spend my time reviewing and helping (if I can) people's work here.
Overworked ... hmmm ... yeah, might be the case. Didn't have a good last year ... maybe I'm just becoming a bitter cynical old person, haha ... but I'll put up a fight before that really happens ... |

I'm the same way--I'll be Mr. Teddy Bear for a while, then one post will trigger something in my brain and POW! I turn into Mr. Harsh. But I try not to let that part of me take over for too long, since I prefer a happy atmosphere over a tense, uncomfortable one. |

I don't post much anymore because i spend WAY to much time reading everything, by the time I do type, I think " well somone already wrote that, what can I add". I will miss your prescence on the board.
Loki, you do help. I remember sending you an email jpeg like a year ago, and you completely reworked the lighting of the image (it was like a big beast/dog shooting lighting from above its head). I always remembered that because you took the time to help me out, and that single instance had a direct effect on my work. ONE piece, one email of your time....thanks a great deal. I get ALOT from this board, I just wish i could give as much as a 10th of what I have learned.
