Love the composition and the background - but those skintones are awful muddy. Too much black and too much white make for a washed out complexion. Try to warm it up by saving your whitest whites for the naturally brightest areas and highlights, and don't shade by using varying transparencies of black - get some color and life into the shadows. I would love to see a quick reworking of this, I think you can easily improve it.
