great images! 
i like them all, but my favorite is the dragon cause of the dynamic pose/angle and how sharp the focus gets. the lighting and atmosphere are looking great throughout.
as far as critiques go, i think the head on the first character looks a bit flat/floaty. maybe you could add more value to the sphere of the head or show it at an angle rather than straight on. also, the cyborg's chest begins too low on the right side.

Good pictures indeed. Good rendering, but maybe too "digital" or smooth. Anyway, of course you should keep posting more.. and welcome. I'm quite new member also..
