I saw a couple of my pieces on this site, and I never gave them permission to sell prints. Some of the pieces (i.e. Batman) are trademarked by other companies. WTF. Anyone else see their stuff here?

They have stolen several pics of Dusso too,... Shocked Confused
I recognise the work of several artists from this place and many others,...hard to believe people still try to come away with this,...

Hoon/Jujika pieces I think, not sure. Basically all Vacher stuff, Dusso, Bao Pham, Ryan Church, and some pieces that I remember having seen but can't remember who made it (vague sense of CGtalk nicknames..)

EDIT: and a lot of the stuff is copyrighted like in Dusso's case a lot of them were LotR concept art, probably New Line hasn't approved that.. same with Vacher stuff (Disney images, cd/book covers, illustration)

Have they been dumb enough to steal from any artists in Germany? That would make litigation a lot easier.

Their HQ should be in Germany, according to their Website, but i think that's a fake address. When you make a WhoIs search, you find a russian Name as owner of the site, and the webhoster is russian too. Someone said from Ukraine.

So i think you have to be importent enough to force them to put down your work...bad for myself and a lot of other people Smile

yeah, I don't want to be a racist but russian ISP's probably aren't gonna throw a paying customer out just because he stole something..
