Seriously the first thing to come to mind is Quentin Tarintino.

The pinky just cracks me up.. and I love the warm colors.

Seriously I cant find anything about it to crit. Great job. Its really cool.

ok.. actually I did find 2 things to crit.

1 - the laugh line should come up around the top of the outer wall of the nostril, not intersect it.

2 - the most visible tendons in the neck go from the jugular notch between the collar bones up to just below/behind the ears. His right (our left) tendon seems to wrap around the back of the neck.

These are seriously minor details and would take them with a grain of salt.

still love it though.
