I bought a digital pen and a board. Thought I could learn how to draw nice fantasy characters for my online game but it was way more difficult than I could imagine.
Where can I find some nice tutorial about drawing fantasy characters like elves, knights, trolls etc?
Where can I find free pictures of this kind to use on my site? Is it common that anyone give me the rights to use there pictures or am I only dreaming?
I have a free online game and very limit founds =/ |

I hoped you should say "hey I have some nice pictures you can use for free!", but yes I did find some nice pictures at deviantart.com |

| you can't use stuff from deviantart for free. They're all copyrighted. |

You are dreaming... 
Most do mind you using their artwork on a personal website, but it is good courtesy to ask permission and give credit. If and when you start producing compelling artwork, you will expect nothing less.
