I am intending to purchase a Wacom tablet.
I have a question, is bigger better? I mean I cant imagine working on a very small tablet; however I do not know how they operate and would be interested in knowing if the surface area of the tablet is of importance. The application I intend to use it for is Adobe cs2 mostly for art. Any suggestions? |

I started out with a5 size wacom. It worked out just fine. Then I got a4 and it's just better - I can use sweeping elbow movements. So if you are short in cash, go for a5, but if you can afford a4, go for it. |

It probably depends on the size of your display and how far it is from you. A tablet about the same size as the perceived size of your display should work best. |

Just curious, why do all of you Americans use the European sizes? I had to check the European section of Wacom's site just to see what you guys were talking about. I've got an A6 (4" x 5"), and I sort of regret it. Too small.
And.. ryan. You've been banned twice already. Why do you keep coming back? _________________ QED, sort of. |

I wondered that too - I had to look up the conversion to say A6 |
