this is looking so awesome. I don't think there is room for me to do another tile, but maybe when this is done, we can start another one? It's just great fun to do and prizes are irrelevant to me.
seems that a lot of people still want to do a tile and many more want to do second tiles... so maybe another theme should start brewing up? |

Could be fun to try to push the concept of the tiles thing a bit further. Like say everybody tries to make 1 large image together without knowing much what the other guys are doing. Lots of things possible, figures, faces, battles etc etc. Kinda like what we are doing here but... you know what I mean =).
Could also be fun to have a prewritten story and everyone gets their "illustration script" for their tile, that way we would get the tiles mania but with a story inside.
If were going for the normal tiles thingy like the one were doing now then I vote for the concept of "Happy happy joy joy".
"ber dork lords of Chaos" also came to mind, could be fun. |

For me, these work best when the theme is really simple and the artists can see each other's tiles. I like it when a new tile plays off, or twists something in a previous tile.
Like the way Exon's tile puts a spin on what we see in Bob's, or the way destinatus' tile gives Max's girl something to look at. When everyone is working blind to everyone else, you usually just get a blurry blend of colors around the edge of each tile.
This board is going really well. Someone needs to get the whip out though. _________________ Art Links Archive -- Artists and Tutorials |

Didnt mean you wouldnt see your nearest tiles Sum, otherwise there wouldnt be a point to it like you say. But would be interesting if your working on a whole but only see you neighboring surrounding. Simple probably best, but still think theres some twist that could be added. |
