Use reference material at this early stage, and learn to paint what you see, not what you think you see. And feel free to spend more time on the images, because at the moment you're "finishing" before the image is really right, so you're essentially practicing to do it wrong.

Also, maximum allowable signature image size is 300x40. Please edit that one. Smile
