I really like these... My only suggestion is just keep on adding minor details to really solidify these... Maybe even adding a sharpen filter over them? Having rarely played an RPG I honestly don't know exactly what function these images will play in the context of the game, but I think of the sprites from Starcraft and those games where theyre meticulously detailed... Anyway your characters are designed just right, the clothing is well thought out and the poses are dynamic and natural... Def on the right track |

Thx Tinusch!
these images are concept art. The images will not be used ingame, but to show modelers and animators etc. I will continue to add detail to them when possible, making them sharper and more defined. |

I think they all look very nice! There is certainly enough variety in them and all the characters look interesting. Personally I would make them look a bit more detailed, eventhough I like your lose and rough look also. _________________ Fantasy art, Sci-fi, Surreal, Space and Abstract art - check out my gallery! |

by the way, were the saber, long sword and broadsword inspired by LotR? they look like Aragorn's elven knife, Aragorn's ranger sword and Boromir's one hand sword.
There's no problem with that, just think about usability of the swords when you design them - for example in the broadsword you have way too little mass in the pommel to balance the massive blade. I would also make the hilt of the long sword a bit wider.. easier to wield it with 2 hands when you have more space there. |

the last one looks a little washed out. I think you can take the shadows further down to gain a bit of contrast _________________ It's nice to be important, but more important to be nice - Scooter |

Most recent one is staggeringly unpleasant!
The nakedness is used really well to make her more frightening.
I prefer the skin-tentacle transition on the left arm to the less convincing one in head and chest - but just a rendering detail. |
