Hello, just did this sentinel-robot. I tried to be more conscious about edges and I'm happy how it turned out. I'd appreciate critique!

I thought it would be some Vietnamese scene :) Anyway it's nice! I have no complains about edges but imo the construction of the robot is a bit confusing. Also it could use some additional light sources other than one on the right. May be some cold sky light (if it was more grayish for eg.)

Cool painting, it does give me severe penis envy though.

not too fond of the design and all that but from a rendering point of view it looks quite 3d-ish and your best yet from what I've seen.

thank you guys for the kind words, sorry for not replying until now, been busy lately. I'm happy you liked it!
ax-hv, yes the construction suckiness is the direct cause of bad initial stucture I think..
DARYL, funny you should say that since I also think its the best thing I've done, but I thought that was my personal opinion only.

Basically what i did here that i've never done before is to use a normal round brush with around 50% softness, instead of using a 100 or 0% brush. Very simple but it made a big difference to me personally Smile whaddayaknow...

zef7 yes I use a tablet
