Yeah! Go Annis! What/where do you study these days, assuming that you do?

Draw to post:

kids, let uncle annis stand as an example- always lay down your perspective guidelines THOROUGHLY in the beginning. This is what happens if you don't

Mostly I work without reference <> however these are Bridgmanesque because I was looking at his light and shade section in his "Life Drawing" however most of the time if I am looking at sometime I will reverse it (do a mirror image drawing) just so it has to filter through my brain before it gets to my hand. This will probably be more figures than you ever wanted to see.

Your skills are incredible. Your style reminds me of Renaissance Styled studies, especially with that classy handwriting. That truly is a goldmine to be published.

bone doctor, it'd never be too much to look at your works for me even if you produce over your nine lifes :) if it was any book with your drawings like as Bridgman's, I'd like to buy this immediately. Making the reversed drawings is very good idea! Especially when I have copied the whole Bridgman's book twice though brainlessly :( Is it possible to get larger resolutions of drawings to look at? Thanks for the response!

Nothing to show but I must say annisahmad, you've improved by leaps and bounds since you first started posting here! Yet I say this not without a tinge of envy, it makes me so frustrated with myself knowing that I'll be stuck in the freakin' armed forces for another 8 months, and still stuck in this Godforsaken restrictive country thereafter, totally unsure if the paths I pick will land me where I want to be.

annis, nice salt and pepper shaker! You have progressed so much. Shocked Cool cars too!
The Bone Doctor, nice to see you here, and as always, awesome sketches!
Keep it up guys and gals! Here's some (more or less) new stuff, from my application to an ID school:

"Monologue"

"Hold me close like I existed"

(Okay, so that one wasn't a drawing, but I suppose it goes along with the theme. Self-portrait.)
