Lol I don't think there're tutorials for "types of art"?
I mean eyewoo's illustrations look different from what we usually see around here, but that's due mostly to influences of his style and target audience, the techniques involved are rather similar (if you're familiar with the software) and grounded in general art theory. If it interests you, I believe he once posted his work process in an "Alien Ruins" Sijun Challenge thread, and also has some tutorials on his site.

yeah... the Alien Ruins development thread is here .
Not sure how different my procedure is from others who do coloring of strongly based line art. I do use separate layers for each and every object... essentially a set of layers for each object. A first layer for the object's line and one or more layers for the object's coloring and texture... so a single image may end up with hundreds of layers.
