The second one looks somehow so real! And also his face looks so 'silly', but in a good way... Laughing

Lovely work...

Hey Bobby! Busy guy Wink

I really love the flying thing! Has such a good personality!
And the jedi monster is neat as well! SO dynamic and great colors!

See you around

Love the green floaty thing. Don't like his wings though, not the background.

The glowy-eyes pic came up well. I'd still like to see much longer eye blur like in the original sketch. It gave the sense that he'd moved 40 meters in the snap of a frame.

Don't know if I'm completely keen on the way the little guy came out. Cape's good and the blade's good, but the body feels a bit stiff and floaty.

Mitsui - Hey thanks Goro!

Sumaleth - thanks for always coming back! I like your suggestion. I'll make the changes

here's another sketch...
I was in a funny mood when painting this. I was thinking it was kind of a doggy-tiger-mouse-pig but frankly I have no idea!

The dark splotches in the background are a distraction.

3nasty - thanks. it's a bunch of watercolor textures with india ink

Sumaleth - thanks for the comment. I'll be sure to look at it again before it goes to print.

M@ - thx much!

Illya - hey Illya thanks for the kind words!

here's a new one. It's the rarest kangaroo in the world and lives in deep dark caves all it's life. Barely ever seen by man, I was lucky enough to see one on a recent trip and did a painting of her and her baby standing outside her cave.

Meet the Kanga-mole-bunny.

Thanks for all of these they are truly fantastic The kangaroo mole really is cool, but my fav is the caterpiller/ferret. Sumaleth may be right about that dark splotch, brings the background forward- teeny weeny problem though.

Great stuff.
Although, I think the bunny would have fit better for the cover, than the furry yellow creature, but you propably know better. Very Happy

But anyway, good luck with your book. I hope it sells well. Smile
