A picture I sketched a while back based on this topic when it was spoken of more oftenly than now... If it is possible to clone humans, is it right? I don't think so peronsally, what do you think? And why?

well... cloning will become a thing or method that we humans use for various reasons. Just another evolutionary stage.

I write "just another" because evolution is a simple and fundamental force.

I hope someone can clone me a new pair of eyes.

But seriously, I think eyewoo hits the nail on the head here. While it might look very wrong to clone a human it might eventually become normal. Humanity will probably agree on some kind of regulations for it, like with anything. Over time they might change as we all get used to it or new generations take over who have grown up with it even. That does not mean I think whatever is possible with cloning should be done, but I do not fear that it brings us into the devils cooking pot just like that either.

Humans should never be trusted with the power to clone, our world is popullating fast enough as it is, I also don't think we should be cloning humans because its just not something we should have power or knowledge to do, cloning organs and such for medical reasons is okay, but I hope for the sake of man kinda and for the sake of planet earth that we never ever clone or should I say are aloud to clone humans...people are just to careless and will somehow find ways to start more wars for these stupid reasons.

Cloning as making an exact copy of someone? No, how someone or something turns out is dependant of more than just genetics. Like when they tried to clone a cat, the fur was completely different: the original cat was white, red and black and the cloned cat grey.

Cloning as making genetic indenticals of human(tissue)? Yes, I believe we are capable of doing it already, and it could be very usefull. Somewhere they'll start with it, maybe not in Europe, because of the law. But can we stay behind just because of moral reasons? I think not, public opinion will change.

Whats right to do is a different thing of course. But I think it's kind of useless to start a cruisade against cloning because it could be used to creatie a "ubermensch" or wrong things like that. Just like Eyewoo said, cloning is goig to be another step in evolution.
