Based on an old sketch. So far it has costed me about 10 hours, airbrush in photoshop. I have completely no idea what I'm doing Laughing

If this is your first try, it's pretty damn good. It looks like you've been paying attention to light and how it falls on the face from behind the head.

One thing you might want to focus on as you work with realistic projects like this is brush strokes, or how the different areas of color interact. Right now the image has some lumpy areas (by the neck and top of the head) that give off an unorganized vibe. If you work on learning to control these areas, your work will start to look more impressive (which is what you want, I'm assuming!).
