But it's made of foam, isn't it? Their whole house will go up in smoke soon if they're not careful Smile
Unless i'm missing something from their construction process (fire-resistant coating or something) cause i didn't look too hard into it Smile

I was thinking the same thing, melting foam, flaming foam. They sculpted some sort of cement over it.

I'm not sure, but I think a gas fireplace puts outs less heat than one with 4 wood logs in it. Turn on all the burners on a gas stove and put your hands 12" away. I dont think its too bad. Just dont put wood in there Smile

Looks amazing! love the smoke effect

Shiz - yeah - there's a coating, and the gas flame setup was replaced by another that produces less BTUs / heat. It's all purely decorative.
