Try to paint with gouache ...
What i have done this afternoon ... a flat painting
And what i aproximately wanted (after photoshopisation)  I have some pb with proportions and values ... hard to really painting with good values :

Watmough, Wow! very nice.
I'm working on a new arch render of a house, you certainly set the bar high
I'm going to show this to the architect I work with. I'm trying to settle on a style to use so I'm showing him different stuff. Generally I think regular renders are supposed to be more clear and less arty. But maybe he will like this.
I'm doing a regular 3D version and a paint over, but how arty I make the paint over is still in question. |

Cok3 - I kinda loved the first, very rough version of this guy. Elaborated version is cool too...good stuff

did I mention pirates were coming? I saw a hopper print with a frame like this, thought I'd try it myself. Impressive eh? Makes my painting look sooo serious!
P-Rik, I think your gouaches are brilliant. You went deep into colours, which I find hard to dare. The only flaw I can find is the girls neck is pretty strong, alsmost masculine (which positively seperates her from all our fantasy-chicks).
lingy, the mars buggy was awesome!
Gord, I really like your last portait! Your rough strokes all fall into place, (for the first time?)
Vyle !!! (Your spaceships really should be build one day!)
