Apologies if traditional media should not be posted in this forum...I have yet to get my wacom working again, but still wanted to participate in sharing my art and getting some feedback.

Medium is Black Charcoal and some White Chalk in spots.

There's something especially raw and vibrant in these works. They have a strong visceral feel to them.

Thank you for your positive comments...you've helped my confidence a LOT...
yes, fingerprints get everywhere, on and off the paper sometimes on purpose, sometimes not... takes days to actually get clean hands after these... i will post more in this same thread in a few days. _________________ MDE-ART.com

whoa! how long have you been working in charcoal? my drawing teacher keeps asking us to use it. and for a beginner like me it's soooo hard to control. but you seem to do just fine, using the dark quality of it to your advantage. _________________ "Open Your Eyes and Listen" |
