I am an aspiring tattoo artist, and i usually draw in photoshop just cause i am familiar with it and it allows me to draw and color images all at the same time. anyway... I am trying to make a website and i'm not too good at it, but I have a pretty good idea of what i want to do.
This is what I have for the outside border so far, it still needs work and I just wanted to get some opinions on what I've got so far.
I finished all the shading, still trying to figure out how to take it to white on the inside, so it's probably going to change a bit before i'm done...

i think you are missing an oppurtunity between the black and the white to do some really cool curlies and curves similar to how your text is done. that was the only thing i reacted poorly to, was how the transition between the black and the white was kinda muddy and blurred. why not have crisp lines with a sense of motion in them
everything else looks cool
